The figure below illustrates the procedure and the tax procedure on the basis of an ‘intra-Community transfer’.
The module processes all intra-Community transfers and their tax procedures:
A pro forma invoice is created and sent from one country to the next and always to itself. These invoices clearly show which goods were transported to which country.
These entries are necessary because the intra-Community shipment is subject to reporting for the recapitulative statement (Zusammenfassende Meldung, ZM). An open item is therefore also entered for the ZM. The open item arises when the bookings are transferred to the financial accounting (booking marked in blue). Since pro forma invoices are generally not issued to the customer, the open item is cleared directly during data transfer (booking marked in grey).
Reporting for intra-Community trade statistics (dispatch) is based on the delivery note to the warehouse. Thus, the pro forma invoice is not subject to reporting for intra-Community trade statistics.
For monitoring purposes, the country-dependent turnover (threshold value) per EU member state can be easily retrieved and monitored.
In addition to these interfaces to all major trading venues, our solutions guarantee high speed, multilingualism, the intelligent SQL search function and full security.
